OnAir Panel

Your OnAir Panel account gives you access to a full internet radio station — music library, Auto DJ, scheduling, and a public listener page.

1. Open your browser and go to the panel URL provided in your welcome email.
2. Enter your username and password from the welcome email.
3. You will land on the Dashboard — your radio control center.
4. Go to Stations in the left menu and click Start to launch your station.

The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your station.

The Library is where all your music lives. You can upload tracks directly from the browser or via FTP.

Uploading via Browser

1. Go to Library in the left menu.
2. Drag and drop MP3/AAC/OGG/WAV/FLAC files onto the upload area, or click to select files.
3. Wait for the upload — a progress bar shows the status.
4. Tracks appear in the list automatically after upload.

Adding Tracks to a Playlist

1. Click the checkbox next to tracks you want to add.
2. Click Add to playlist at the top.
3. Select the target playlist and confirm.
4. Or drag a track directly into an open playlist using the ⠿ handle.

Playlists let you organise your music into collections — Morning Show, Evening Chill, 90s Hits, etc.

1. Go to Playlists and click + New playlist.
2. Give it a name and save.
3. Open the playlist and add tracks from your Library on the right side.
4. Drag tracks using the ⠿ handle to reorder them.
5. You can also drag tracks directly from the Library into the playlist.

Auto DJ automatically plays music from your library or playlist 24/7. Configure it in the Auto DJ section.

Rotation mixes several sources with weights — for example Pop 3× and Rock 1× means roughly every fourth track is Rock. A rotation slot can be either a playlist or a music library folder.

You can create several named rotations per station — for example a Morning rotation and an Evening one — and assign each to a specific time in the Schedule.

1. Scroll to 🔄 Playlist Rotation in the Auto DJ section.
2. Use the rotation tabs at the top to switch between rotations. Click ＋ to create a new one, the pencil to rename, or the trash icon to delete.
3. With a rotation selected, choose Playlist or Folder as the source type, pick it, set a weight, and click Add.
4. Repeat for each source you want in that rotation.
5. To use a rotation at a certain time, go to Schedule, add a block, choose the Rotation source type, and pick the rotation from the list.

Schedule lets you assign different playlists to different times of day and days of the week.

1. Go to Schedule in the left menu.
2. Click + Add block.
3. Set a name, choose a playlist, select days and time range.
4. Optionally enable 🔀 Shuffle (random order) or 🔁 Loop (repeat until end time).
5. Pick a colour to identify the block in the weekly grid view.
6. Click Add block to save.
7. Restart your station for the schedule to activate.

A block can play straight from a music library folder — useful when you want "morning folder, evening folder" without maintaining playlists.

1. In the Add block form, switch Source from Playlist to Folder.
2. Pick a folder from the list — the number in brackets is how many tracks it holds.
3. Set days and time range as usual and save.

Below the form your week is drawn as a calendar: seven day columns with an hour axis, each block positioned at its real time and coloured as you chose. A red line marks the current time on today's column, and inactive blocks appear faded. Click any block to edit it.

Under the calendar, the What's playing card lays out the whole day as a list: each time range, which block covers it, and what that block plays. Switch between Today and Tomorrow, and the segment on air right now is marked NOW.

Your station prepares tracks in advance, so edits to playlists or the schedule normally take effect once the prepared tracks finish playing.

Jingles are short audio clips (station IDs, ads, bumpers) that play automatically between songs.

1. Go to Jingles and upload your jingle files (MP3 recommended, under 5 MB each).
2. Enable the Enable jingles toggle.
3. Set the frequency — e.g. 5 means a jingle plays after every 5 songs.
4. Click Save and restart your station.

You can broadcast live using BUTT, Mixxx, Traktor, or any Icecast-compatible streaming software. When connected, your live stream takes priority over Auto DJ. When you disconnect, Auto DJ resumes automatically.

Connection Details

Find your exact connection details in Live DJ in the panel. Example:

Setup in BUTT

1. Open BUTT → Settings → Main tab.
2. Click + to add a server. Type: Icecast.
3. Enter host, port, password, and mount /live.
4. Click Connect — your stream goes live instantly.

For uploading large amounts of music, use SFTP. Files uploaded to the /music folder are automatically added to your library within 30 seconds.

1. Go to FTP access in the panel and click Create FTP account.
2. Save the password — it is shown only once.
3. Open FileZilla → File → Site Manager → New Site.
4. Protocol: SFTP, Host: your server, Port: 22.
5. Logon Type: Normal, enter your FTP username and password.
6. Connect and upload MP3 files to the /music folder.

OnAir Panel tracks your listeners and provides detailed statistics.

Listeners Section

Shows an interactive world map of your listeners plotted by city (not just country), a country breakdown, and a Recent listeners table. Switch between 7d / 30d / 90d periods.

Statistics Section

Embed your radio player on any website using the widget embed code.

1. Go to Widgets in the left menu.
2. Click on the embed code to copy it.
3. Paste it into your website's HTML.

Listeners can request songs directly from your public radio page. You can review and manage requests in the panel.

1. Go to Song Requests in the left menu.
2. View incoming requests from your listeners.
3. Approve a request to add it to the queue — it will play next.
4. Decline requests you don't want to play.

Station Intelligence scores your station out of 100 across six areas and tells you exactly what to improve. Everything is measured from your own station's data — nothing is guessed.

1. Go to Station Intelligence in the left menu.
2. Select a station. The ring shows your overall score.
3. Read the summary line at the top — it names the one or two changes that would gain you the most points.
4. Click any category card to see only that category's recommendations.

The AI Assistant answers questions about your station and about running a radio station in general. It knows your real numbers — library size, schedule, health, listener peaks — so its advice is specific to you.

1. Go to AI Assistant in the left menu and select a station.
2. Type your question, or click one of the suggested questions to start.
3. Press Enter to send. You can keep asking follow-up questions in the same conversation.
